·        From 18th November, 2016, OswalJainMatrimony has implemented mandatory Aadhaar authentication through UIDAI in real-time and hence all the new Users/Members are required to furnish their Aadhaar details same as mentioned within the Aadhaar card. For people who don't have Aadhaar card details, they need to upload scan copy of PAN card/Passport/Driving license to verify their profile and for accessing complete services of OswalJainMatrimony. People who have registered before 18th November, 2016 also are required to furnish the above details, however as this wasn't mandatory before 18th November, 2016. Service Provider doesn't guarantee the authenticity and physical verification of the uploaded documents. The User/Member who intends to use the said information shall be liable for its verification.

·        The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by “OswalJainMatrimony” isn't a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by OswalJainMatrimony. OswalJainMatrimony shall not be liable for any loss or damage for a person arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the utilization of OswalJainMatrimony.
